Richard Harmon: An Investment Banking Veteran

Founder & CEO

Richard Harmon, Managing Director at CSG Partners, a New York-based boutique investment bank, offers a wealth of unique insights and extensive experience. He is a seasoned investment banker, specializing in ESOPs, mergers and acquisitions, and capital advisory services. Richard has successfully closed over $2 billion worth of ESOP transactions across the United States in just five years.

Prior to joining CSG in 2011, Richard founded and served as President of BackOffice Support Services, Inc., a financial staffing services provider, and co-founded TeamAlliance Technology Partners, LP, a national technology staffing services provider. Under his stewardship, TeamAlliance expanded to 30 offices, was subsequently sold, and IPO’d.

Richard’s background in public accounting, coupled with his entrepreneurial endeavors, equips him with strategic insights and practical solutions. A Certified Public Accountant for 40 years, his trajectory is marked with numerous awards including a New York City Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award, Regional Finalist Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and Distinguished Service Awards from United Way & United Cerebral Palsy of New York City.

Mordy Levine: A Serial Entrepreneur with a Midas Touch

Founder & CEO

Mordy Levine is a highly successful entrepreneur, boasting a proven track record of fostering and growing profitable businesses. After graduating from Brandeis University with a BA in Economics and earning an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Business School, Mordy embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, creating multiple companies from seed capital and transforming them into profitable, salable entities.

Among his numerous accomplishments, he co-founded TeamAlliance Technology Partners, a technology placement firm. Within just 33 months, as Chief Operating Officer, Mordy managed 300 employees across 30 offices in the US, leading the company to a successful acquisition and subsequent IPO.

Mordy’s entrepreneurial acumen included his investment in and operation of GulfStreamGear.com. He grew GSG to become the largest custom marine apparel and accessories company in the US, at which point he sold the company.

In his role as CEO of Lizzy James Designs, Inc., a jewelry manufacturer, the company grew from a seedling company to servicing over 1,000 retailers worldwide.

He continues to manage North American Resellers LLC, a financial management company for IT companies operating in Ukraine, United States and Europe.
